1. Anthony1 Gibbons; born circa 1816 in County
Mayo, Ireland. This birthdate is based on the age of death of 63 on the
tombstone. However, the various Census dates put his birthdate at: 1851 Census -
age 30 (1821), 1861 - age 30 (1831), 1871 - age 50 (1821), 1881 - age 65 (1816);
married Margaret Canavan, daughter of John
Canavan and Margaret Hyland, 9 Feb 1857 in Roman Catholic
Mission Church, Newmarket, York County, Upper Canada; died 27 Mar 1883 in
Linwood, Waterloo County, Ontario, Canada; buried 29 Mar 1883 in St. Joseph's
Catholic Cemetery, Macton, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada. Anthony epitaph
is on the back of his wife, Margaret's gravestone. Their children John and
MaryJane also share the stone. Anthony's stone reads:

of death was angina pectoris (heart disease); buried Jan 1923 in St. Joseph's
Catholic Cemetery, Macton, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada. On same stone as
Margaret and Anthony Gibbons, his parents. On one side the stone states:

- ii. Michael Joseph; born 1 Feb 1860
in Wellesley Township, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada; died 13 Mar 1935 in
Guelph, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada, at age 75. Michael died of a heart
attack; buried 15 Mar 1935 in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Macton, Wellington
County, Ontario, Canada. The gravestone states:

- iii. Albert L; born circa 1862 in
Wellesley Township, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada; died 14 Oct 1931 in

been influenza following a state of apoplexy; buried 15 Oct 1931 in St. Joseph's
Catholic Cemetery, Macton, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada. The gravestone

Macton, Wellington County, Ontario, Canada; died 7 Feb 1946 in Linwood, Waterloo
County, Ontario, Canada, at age 79. Cause of death was a stroke; buried 10 Feb
1946 in St. Joseph's Catholic Cemetery, Macton, Wellington County, Ontario,
