Patricia A. Monogue Balkcom of Columbia, Maryland is a direct descendant of John O'Neill (c1792-1841), who emigrated from County Kildare, Ireland, around 1819 and settled in Valcartier, Quebec. Descendants of John still live in the Valcartier - Quebec City area today.
