Note* According to Fern Rogers, the author of the referenced Internet site, the Maushartdt family was from Leinzingen, a village a few miles east of Durrn. Matthia was a Judge in Durrn. Lutheran church records were destroyed by the French Army in 1691, but in 1694 the pastor recompiled as much information from the families in the parish records, and the genealogy of this family is taken from them.
