Probate* 3 January 1782, York County, Pennsylvania, United States, Estate files state that Henry died intestate, was a cooper living in Hamiltonban Township, and that his wife, Mary Marshall, gave her rights to the estate to her son, Samuel. Papers signed by Mary Marshall and witnessed by James Thompson and Robert Cunningham. Samuel Galbreath, administrator of the estate filed an inventory with the court on 15 March 1782.
