Death*2 April 1916 St. Mary's Bay, Newfoundland, Canada, He was waked in his son Jim's house sporting a white chin whisker that reached to his waist. This house was eventually given to Jim's nephew, Mike (Bren's father). They lived there from Feb. 1947 until Dec. 1963. The Vital Statistics of Newfoundland has the date of death as the 3rd of April and the cause of death as angina.
