It appears from census and IGI records, that Harriet was James' sister-in-law, who was married to James' younger brother, Daniel. Cause of death was Ulcer of Leg and General Decay (two other causes are given but can't be transcribed), causes were certified. Present at death was Mary Ann Gravett. (Note: a Mary Ann Richardson, born about 1830, was married to Peter Gravett in Littlehampton in 1860. It would appear that Mary Ann may have been Sarah's sister-in-law). Peter and Mary Ann Gravett are living very close to Sarah and James Richardson in 1861.
