According to his nephew, Pat Monogue, Uncle Arthur was not a Catholic, so he was not buried with Aunt Lizzie. Instead he was buried in the Protesant cemetery at the end of York Street. When he died, he left Aunt Mary (Monogue Liss) as executor of his estate. Somehow though his sister Ada manipulated the situation and ended up with "everything".
