Pat , her grandson remember's that they always listened to "Luck's Radio Theater" on Monday nights. They had been listening to it and Grandma Cassin said she didn't feel well and went upstairs to bed. She developed pneumonia and died a few days later.

Hamilton, Ontario, Canada, Obit states: "Born in Valcartier, Que., 72 years ago, Mrs. Rose Ann Cassin, widow of Patrick Cassin, died this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Thomas Monogue, 180 Grosvenor avenue south. Mrs. Cassin had made her home in Hamilton for a quarter of a century and was a devout Catholic, attending St. John's church. Besides her daughter, Mrs. Monogue, with whom she lived, Mrs. Cassin is survived by two sons, William J. and Michael J., of Montreal, and a sister, Mrs. Margaret Squibb, who also resides in Montreal. The funeral will be held on Thursday morning, at 8:30 o'clock, from the above address, to St. Patrick's church, for mass at 9 o'clock. Interment will be made in Holy Sepluchre cemetery."
