Patricia A. Monogue Balkcom is a direct descendant of James Winter (c1773-1844), who was born in Hampshire County, England and lived out his life in a small village there, named Durley. James married Sally (Sarah) Light on November 6, 1801 and they had seven known children. Sarah, the oldest child, is the great-great-great grandmother of Patricia.
