Before me E. W. Teague, Judge of the Probate Court in and for said County, personally
came Edward J. Gallaway Administrator of the Estate of Eleazer Gallaway, deceased,
who being duly sworn, deposes and says that the forgoing account for final settlement is
true and correct, and further, that the heirs at law of said deceased are, Applicants of full
age,
*     Elizabeth Driggers of full age
*     Anzilla Brannon, wife of Rozier Brannon, of full age
*     And the Children of David Hutto, by his wife Eliza now deceased, who was the
daughter of intestate, namely Dilla Watson of full age, James Hutto, a minor,
Nancy Hutto, a minor, Wm. M. J. Hutto, a minor, and Eliza A Hutto, a minor
*     The Children of John Henderson, deceased, by his wife Lutitia Henderson,
deceased, namely Elizabeth Henderson, of full age, John Henderson of full age,
Wm Henderson of full age, and James Henderson, a minor
*     The Children of Melvin Gallaway, deceased, namely John Gallaway, of full age,
Marion Gallaway of full age, James Gallaway a minor, and Lucy Gallaway, a
minor
*     The Children of William Gallaway, deceased, namely Eleazer Gallaway, a minor.

Sworn to and signed before me this the 6th day of March 1865

Henry County               Court of Probate, Regular Term, March 14th 1865

On this day, it being the day set apart for a final settlement of the estate of Eleazer
Gallaway, deceased, came Edward J. Gallaway, Administrator of said estate, and asked
the Court to audit and ..?.. his account heretofore presented, and it appearing to the Court
that notice of said settlement has been given by posting notice at the Court House door,
and three other public places in said County, for three successive weeks before this day,
and George P. Kincey, who was heretofore appointed Guardian ad litim? of the minor
heirs of said deceased pending the same hearing had due notice, and no objections being
filed,
It is therefore ordered and decreed that said account be allowed, recorded and filed as
such final settlement, by which it appears that said Administrator has received of the
accts of said estate the sum of Nine Thousand three hundred and twenty three & 29/100
Dollars, and had laid out and expended for the use of said estate the sum of One thousand
and twenty-eight and 78/100 Dollars, thus leaving in his hands Eight thousand two
hundred and ninety four and 78/100 Dollars for distribution among the heirs at law of
said deceased, viz.

1.     To E. J. Gallaway, a son of said deceased, the sum of $1184.96,
2.     To Elizabeth Driggers, a daughter of said deceased, the sum of $1184.96, [and some legal language, also attached to each of the other heirs’ listing, “for which execution may ..?..”]
3.     To Anzelia Brannon, a daughter of said deceased, wife of Rozier Brannon the sum of $1184.96,
4.     To Dilla Watson, a grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $197.49,
5.     To James Hutto, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the like sum of $197.49,
6.     To Nancy Hutto, a minor, grandchild of said deceased the sum of $197.49,
7.     To James Hutto, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $197.49,
8.     To Wm. M. J. Hutto, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $197.49,
9.     To Eliza A. Hutto, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $197.49,
10.     To Elizabeth Henderson, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $296.24,
11.     To John Henderson, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $296.24,
12.     To Wm Henderson, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $296.24,
13.     To James Henderson, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $296.24,
14.     To John Gallaway, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $237.00,
15.     To Marion Gallaway, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $237.00,
16.     To James Gallaway, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $237.00,
17.     To Jackson Gallaway, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $237.00,
18.     To Lucy Gallaway, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $237.00,
19.     To Eleazer Gallaway, a minor, grandchild of said deceased, the sum of $1184.96.
