Alexander #2138 of Fairfield County in 1800 seems a somewhat more likely choice given Fairfield County's closer location to the service locations listed. Alexander #1934 of York County also seemed to have a close link to Peter of York County, and I believe that the York Peter is not the one who served in the Revolution.

Journal*Leaty Parrish; Eleazer Galloway of the Darlington County region of South Carolina is the earliest identified Galloway associated with the Oklahoma / Alabama Balkcom line. He and wife Leaty Parrish were early settlers in Henry County, Alabama. Their daughter Anzilla Galloway married Rosier Brannon of Henry County, formerly of Duplin County, North Carolina, in 1826. Rose Ann Brannon, a daughter of Rosier and Anzilla, had a son John Ira Balkcom who moved his young family to Texas in around 1901, then to Oklahoma a few years later. 
CommentEleazer shows up infrequently as a given name and may provide clues about ancestors. Eleazer was an occasional surname in the Lexington District of SC in the early 1800s. Biblically, "The chief leader of the Levites was Eleazar son of Aaron, the priest. He was appointed over those who were responsible for the care of the sanctuary."3 
CommentMathew Galloway; Georgia, One reference asserts that Mathew Galloway of Oglethorpe Co, GA is Eleazer's father. However, the Galloways in this area of Georgia are mostly from North Carolina and the connection to Eleazer seems tenuous, even though Eleazer was in central Georgia (Twiggs County) in 1813. He was back in SC in 1820.

Birthdate uncertain, 1880 per 1850 census, 1887 per 1860, and 1890-1899 per 1830 census.4,5,6

Military*14 September 1813Georgia Militia, War of 1812, Twiggs County, Georgia, USA, from the "Payroll of the 1st detachment of militia ordered out on the frontier of Twiggs County in pursuance of orders from Brig General David Blackshear dated 7 August 1813 for the protection of the inhabitants residing on the Ocmulghee, and to build Fort Jackson." Private "Eleazer Galloway" appeared on a roster in Lieutenant Lovett B. Smith's Company, apparently as a "defaulter", no pay was listed. He doesn't appear in service records at the National Archives for volunteers who served in this war. Several South Carolina Galloways served in South Carolina and Georgia regiments for short periods of time. This particular detachment seems to have been drafted into service.9

(Witness) Estate15 February 1854Edward Parrish; Henry County, Alabama, USA, Roger Parrish applied to the Henry County Probate Court for letters of administration on the estate of his father Edward Parrish, stating that Edward's will bequeathed certain property to his daughter Arny Parrish for her lifetime, then the property to be equally divided between the heirs of Edward Parrish. With Arny having died, and the original administrator of Edward's estate no longer living, the court appointed Roger as administrator.16

William's petition asks the court to " ... require Roger Parish to show cause why he should not make final settlement ..."

On 22 April, the court ordered Roger Parrish to appear before the court to show cause why he does not make final settlement.16
