Census*2 November 1850AL Henry Co Census 1850; Southern District, HH #961, Henry County, Alabama, USA, Household was next to Eleazer Galloway family.

"WE Galaway", male age 22, farmer, born in Alabama, married within the year, attended school within the year;
"Jane Galaway", age 23, born in Georgia;
"Elly Galaway", male age 4, born in Alabama.

WE Galloway is William E. Galloway, Eleazer and Leaty Galloway's son, living with Leaty's older sister Anna Parrish. The young boy Elly appears to be listed as age 4 (legibility) but I suspect this is a census error and he is really a baby and son of the recently married WE and Jane, and is named after his grandfather Eleazer who at times went by Elly.5

Davis ...

Roger then stated in a further application to the court that Arney Parrish left no children, and that the estate had no value except household furniture that he desired to sell to defray funeral expenses.6
