Patrick in his baptismal record, it is stated that his parents are John St. Croix and Bridget Pippy. Aiden's baptismal record lists his parents as John St. Croix and Bridget (no last name). He, like his brother Ben, went to Boston at an early age to fish. Peter returned home for a visit in the late 1930's. He left home for St. John's after he'd been home for a few days and said he would return the following evening. The next word from Peter was that he was back in Boston. He made no contact with his family after that and little was heard of him until he died. Peter was never married." - Bren St. Croix1,4

Following cremation, visitation took place on Monday, Nov. 3 at St. Sylvester's Roman Catholic Church in South Branch. The funeral mass took place on Tuesday, Nov. 4, 10:30 a.m. at St. Sylvester's Roman Catholic Church, officiated by Father Maurice O'Quinn.
