Obituary30 April 1956 The Hamilton Spectator, Hamilton, Wentworth County, Ontario, Canada; "Walter Wellington Watts, of 18 Centre Drive, Spring Valley Survey, Ancaster, died suddenly on Saturday. Born at Hagersville, 54 years ago, he had lived in Hamilton until moving to Ancaster in 1946. Mr. Watts spent four and a half years overseas with the Royal Canadian Corps of Signals in the Second World War. He was an employee of the Bell Telephone Company and a member of the Bell Pioneer Club. Surviving besides his wife, the former Maude Paul, are one daughter, Annette, at home; one brother, George, of Aldershot; and a sister, Mrs. Muriel Whitelaw of Ancaster. Funeral services will be held from the the Cattel Funeral Home, 53 Main Street, Dundas, at 2pm, Tuesday with burial in White Chapel Memorial Gardens."1
