This database contains all the people that I have encountered in my research of Valcartier (and also others from surrounding communities, such as, Stoneham and Shannon). Some are related to me but many are not. Sources for these listings are censuses, church records and other people's family trees. For privacy reasons, I have deleted any references to living people. "Living people" include all those that I do not know are deceased or who have been born less than 110 years ago. If you are looking for information on a person that might fall into this category, contact me, and I can tell you what information I might have. Please send me any corrections and additions. If you find information about your ancestors that you consider too private to be on the internet, let me know and I will remove it. I have not included my sources, but if you would like a source for a particular detail, please ask.
