Bill Bowen, age 92 of Livonia passed away peacefully on November 9th, 2021. Cherished husband of the late Rosemary for 61 years. Loving father of Laura, Mark (Rebecca), Kathy (Roger) Labby, Anne (Jim) Rouen, and Joanne (Eric) Olsen. Cherished grandpa of Stephanie (Brent) Reid, James Labby, Katie and Kelly Rouen, Sara and Emily Bowen, Nick Olsen and great grandpa of Zachary and Luke. Dearest brother of the late Marie (Jim) Bonia, the late Edmund, Aiden (Cecelia), Patricia (late Leo) Froude, Helen (late Cyril) Dobbin and Bernadette (Fintan) St. Croix. He leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews, family members and friends. We are blessed to have had him in our lives and have a lifetime of wonderful memories to cherish.

"Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, September 25, 2013, at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, ALICE BRAKE, of Marystown, NL, at the age of 56. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are: Sisters – Rita (Theo) Pittman of Marystown & Theresa (Fred) Collins of Winterland; Brothers – George (Josie) Brake of Marystown, Vince (Dorothy) Brake of Hamilton, ON & Tom (Annette) Brake of BC; 13 Special nieces & nephews; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. Alice was predeceased by her parents – George & Julia Brake; Brothers – James & Aloysius Brake; Sisters – Lillian & Deborah Brake.

Visitation will take place from Wiseman’s Funeral Home in Marystown, on Friday, September 27, from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Marystown, on Saturday, September 28, at 11:00 a.m. Inurnment will follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery. In Alice’s memory donations may be made to The Brake Family."2
