Obituary | March 2015 | Brendan J. Follett October 16, 1950 - March 12, 2015 Passed peacefully away at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital on March 12, 2015 Brendan J. Follett age 64 years, in the presence of his wife and family. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Nora Follett; brother Stephen; cousin Brian Duggan and other members of the Follet and St. Croix families. Leaving to mourn and fondly remembered by his wife Barbara; brothers Alec (Joan), Ronnie (Bobbi), Kevin, Patrick; sister Cathy; aunts Sr. Anna St. Croix (RSVM), Carmel St. Croix and Bernadette Duggan (Jack); also a large circle of loving and dedicated in-laws, cousins, nieces and nephews, friends and neighbours. Bren was an inspiration to all who knew him, he accepted his cancer diagnosis with great faith, courage and dignity. Cremation has taken place. Funeral Services entrusted to Caul’s Funeral Home Lemarchant Road with visitation to take place on Tuesday, March 17 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. & 6 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will take place at Mary Queen of Peace, Torbay Road on Wednesday March 18, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. Inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery, Topsail Road. Flowers graciously declined. Donations in his memories may be made to Mary Queen of Peace Parish or Mary Queen of Peace Food Bank.2 |
